Kristen Ryan

Experience Team

Kristen Ryan has been dancing since the age of four and continued her training throughout high school. While she describes herself as being too shy to compete as a young dancer, those days are long behind her! Today, she's one of the friendly faces of Synergy Dance Center, serving on our Synergy Experience Team and helping create the welcoming, family atmosphere our community is known for.

Whether she's greeting families at the front desk, answering questions, helping with merchandise, or tracking down a hair tie or ice pack for a dancer in need, Kristen loves making sure everyone who walks through our doors feels supported and at home. If she's not at the front desk, you might just spot her enjoying a slice of pizza while cheering on her two daughters during their dance classes.

Outside of Synergy, Kristen is an accomplished educator entering her 17th year in education. She serves as the Department Head of Special Education in her school while also teaching mathematics. She holds bachelor's degrees in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, and Special Education, along with a master's degree in Classroom Technology. Kristen is also certified in High School English and Middle School Math and Science. One of her favorite parts of being at Synergy is when dancers excitedly share their latest math test score or stop by with a homework question before class!

At home, Kristen enjoys spending time with her two daughters, who proudly dance on Synergy's Competition Team and truly consider the studio their second home. Together they love traveling, paddle boarding, dancing around the kitchen, and seeking out new adventures. Kristen also shares her home with two very loved cats!

Kristen is proud to be part of the Synergy family and looks forward to welcoming every dancer and family who walks through our doors.
