Jessica Wielandt

Experience Team

Jessica Wielandt is a proud wife and stay-at-home mom to her three wonderful children, Makayla, Mariah, and Petey, as well as their beloved fur baby, Bruno. Her family joined the Synergy Dance Center community four years ago, and it quickly became their second home. Today, both of her daughters dance, student teach, and are members of the competition team, with her oldest daughter, Makayla, graduating with the Class of 2026. Synergy has truly become a special part of their family's story.

Before joining the Synergy Experience Team, Jessica spent seven years as a preschool teacher at The Goddard School, where she discovered her passion for working with children and building meaningful connections with families. She was thrilled to join the Synergy staff and knew it was the perfect fit. Jessica believes that every great experience starts with a warm welcome, and she loves greeting every dancer and family with a smile, helping them feel comfortable, supported, and excited from the moment they walk through the door.

Jessica has also embraced her own love of dance by taking Miss Emily's adult hip hop class for the past two years. Performing in this year's recital was an unforgettable experience and another reminder that it's never too late to enjoy the joy and confidence that dance brings.

When she's not at the studio or cheering on her son from the football sidelines, Jessica enjoys spending time with her family and creating lasting memories with the people she loves. She danced jazz and hip hop when she was younger, and she's also a devoted football fan. “Go Birds!”
