Jessica Appling

Jess Appling is excited to join the Synergy Dance Center family for her first season!

Originally from Cincinnati, Ohio, Jess trained extensively in tap, jazz, ballet, lyrical, and strength & conditioning. Throughout her dance career, she has traveled across the United States to study with renowned artists including Lady Di Walker, Jason Samuels Smith, and Savion Glover.

Jess currently serves as a Director and Judge with OneBeat Dance Brands and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the classroom. She holds a Master's degree in Exercise Science and is a Certified Flexologist as well as Sugarfoot Certified. Jess is passionate about helping dancers grow both technically and artistically while creating a positive, encouraging environment where every student can thrive.

Jess can't wait to share her passion for dance with the Synergy family this season!
